I also took a workshop on appliqués. The class project was a pillow. Mine is not completed yet. Here is the result:

I finally learned the paper piecing technique. I'm so excited. There are a ton of patterns that I will be able to follow.

Here is another quick project. I bought this fabric long time ago and finally decided to assemble the book. It was very easy. I might decide to quilt the pages of the book. We will see. Here are some pictures:

Knitted tablet protector

Let me show you what I am working on right now. Im knitting a tablet sleeve for my ipad. It looks so cute. I can't wait to finish it. It's a free pattern from Lion Brand. Since I'm using many colours, I can't take it with me when I go out, it's too bulky.

Reversible quilt

I decided to update my blog a little while I am on vacation. Im curently in Cambodia. The rain is keeping me from doing my activities. I might as well use my free time!

I recently learn a new quilting technique. I am now able to quilt a reversible quilt. I learnt this technique in local quilt shop called Courtepointe Claire. They offer many interesting classes and workshops. Here are my 2 table runners using that technique.
